Christopher McPherson has held many roles in the Government of Alberta since 2014, including ADM in economic policy, operations and machinery of government, and strategic communications. He managed a historic amount of Cabinet business in his over four years as Deputy Clerk of Executive Council and Deputy Secretary to Cabinet

Christopher was Director of Public Affairs and Member Communications for the Ontario Hospital Association between 2008 and 2013. He previously held senior advisor roles in the Government of Ontario.

Christopher recently earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Athabasca University.
